Is the eligibility quiz really free?
Yes. Checking your eligibility costs nothing, and you're only charged if a licensed provider reviews your intake and prescribes treatment.
Does TEXPEPS charge me anything?
No. TEXPEPS does not collect payment from you at any point. There is no cart and no checkout on this site, and there is no charge to have your intake reviewed. If a provider determines treatment is appropriate, any amount payable is handled by the clinical platform or the dispensing pharmacy, and is confirmed with you before anything is dispensed.
What happens if a provider does not prescribe?
Nothing is charged for a medication. A charge for treatment arises only after a licensed provider has reviewed your intake and determined treatment is appropriate for you. A prescription is never guaranteed.
Do you accept insurance?
No. This is a cash-pay service only. Insurance is not accepted or billed at any point, by TEXPEPS or by the clinical platform and pharmacy that handle payment for prescribed treatment. Any amount payable is confirmed with you before anything is dispensed.
