Meet a provider by video
On our clinical platform you complete a clinical questionnaire and then meet a licensed provider in a live, two-way audio-video visit. Every consultation is synchronous. There is no questionnaire-only path to a prescription.
What you do
Complete a clinical questionnaire on the clinical platform, accept the telemedicine consent, then join a live video visit with a provider licensed in Texas. You confirm your name and date of birth on the call, and upload a government-issued ID if a prescription is required.
Behind the scenes
Every consultation is a synchronous, two-way audio-video visit. The questionnaire gives the provider your history before the call; it is not the basis of the decision and never results in a prescription on its own. The provider's name is visible during the visit.

The provider decides
During the visit the provider reviews your history, answers your questions, and determines whether treatment is clinically appropriate. A prescription is issued only if it is, and is never guaranteed.
What you do
Ask whatever you need to. The provider reviews common and rare side effects with you and tells you whether treatment is clinically appropriate. If it is not, you will be told so on the call.
Behind the scenes
A PDF is generated at the end of the visit with the provider's name, license information, and the state they are licensed in, and is made available to you. A prescription is issued only if the provider determines it is clinically appropriate, and is never guaranteed.

Receive a plan and support
If a prescription is issued, a state-licensed pharmacy fills it and your provider supervises dose changes over the weeks that follow. Individual results vary.

If a prescription is issued, confirm your plan on the secure platform and receive your treatment at your door. Cash pay only; insurance is not accepted or billed.

Ongoing, for as long as you are in care
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. A licensed provider decides whether treatment is appropriate; a prescription is never guaranteed, and availability varies by state.

How it actually works.
Do I have to pay to find out if I qualify?
No. The eligibility quiz is free, takes about ten minutes, and there's no charge unless a licensed provider prescribes treatment. You're never billed just for asking.
Is a prescription guaranteed if I finish the quiz?
No. You meet a clinician licensed in your state in a live video visit, and they decide whether a compounded therapy is clinically appropriate. If it isn't right for you, you won't be prescribed it. A prescription is never guaranteed, and availability varies by state.
What information does the intake collect, and where does it go?
The first step at /start collects your name, contact details, date of birth, state, and what you are seeking care for. It is submitted to our server over TLS and passed from there to Qualiphy PC, our clinical and e-prescribing platform. You are then redirected to Qualiphy to complete the clinical questionnaire and consultation, so the rest of the process happens on their platform. The /start page is excluded from search indexes and carries no advertising or analytics trackers of any kind.
Where is my medication made and how fast does it ship?
If prescribed, your medication is compounded by a state-licensed pharmacy in the United States and shipped domestically, traceable to a specific batch. It's prepared and sent after a provider prescribes it; timing depends on the medication and your plan.
What happens after my first shipment arrives?
Your care doesn't stop at delivery. Your provider and care team supervise gradual dose changes (titration) over the following weeks and stay reachable between refills to adjust your plan as needed. Individual results vary.
